If you receive a voucher via e-mail you can redeem it as described in the following:
1. Note your Voucher Code. If you have no customer account in our online shop, please create one.
2. For direct redeem of your voucher please use the following weblink:

where XXXXXX is the voucher code. After following this link please login immediately to ensure the credit to your account.
3. Alternatively you can during the checkout procedure type in the voucher code on the page "Payment Method" manually . Please redeem the voucher first before you choose the payment method.
